Matthew, Lord Woodhill is our founder and director. 

With a broad background from hospitality to Health & Social Care. 

Matthew has a proven history in leadership and management often opting to lead from the front. His passion for care stems from growing up watching his mother running a care service. He has also worked in the care sector at various levels 

Matthew's vision for MACH is a reflection of his personality. To challenge convetion and do things differently. To care for those that care. 

In April 2023 Matthew was created the Lord Woodhill.
