Doing it differently, because we care

This company have just launched a children's home and it is by far the most caring company I have ever worked with. MACH put a lot of emphasis on looking after us so that we can look after the children better. I wish all care companies would take a similar view on looking after staff.

the dude that runs this company is seriously one of the best bosses I have ever had. he actually understands care staff and their needs. he is honest and really approachable, during my interview I was told all these things that sounded to good to be true but it turns out they are all true.
I have never worked for a company that is this good, they even sent my daughter a birthday card.

I have worked at different agencies in Leicester and they are all the same. this one seems to be much better they had work for right from the start and I now work full time in a care home. they also have a monthly compettion which is quite fun and other perks that I didn't get at any of the other agencies. someone I work with just won a years worth of Netflix. the head office people are really friendly. I was also surprised to see their training is done by the NHS - this is a lot better plus they let you keep your certificates

A friend recommended mach to me because they were already working for them. The whole process of joining was really easy and I was working very quickly. I am now working full time and have been booked for the next 5 months.

MACH have provided my home with care staff for six months. 

The agency staff are really well trained and have slotted in very well with my own team. 

MACH office staff are really friendly and helpful. They regularly go the extra mile.
